•         Charleston Battery midfielder (captain)

· 4 years in MLS with DC United, Kansas City Wizards, and Columbus Crew

· US Soccer B coaching license (working on A)

· Assisted coaching men's and women's team at Butler University 

· Coached at Carmel United and FC Pride in Indianapolis on and off since 1996

· Coach/coordinator for Charleston Battery academy sessions

 

Keith Wiggans

•         Charleston Battery Goalkeeper (5th season).

•         Current College of Charleston Men’s Assistant Coach (2007 Women’s)

•         West Virginia Men’s Assistant Coach: Master’s degree in Athletics Coaching Education

•         College of Charleston. Keith currently holds record for career goals against average (0.99), wins (41), shutouts (23) and saves (269)

•         Four-year All-SoCon Academic Honor Roll, two-year SoCon All-Tournament/Conference teams

 

Jason Hamil

•         Head Boys Soccer Coach: Academic Magnet High School  (Cario Middle School PE Teacher)

•         High School soccer at Riverside winning two state championships (1994, 1995)

•         Played College at Lander University

•         NSCAA goalkeeper Level 1 and Advanced National Diploma (distinguished pass).

•         Camp at Duke, Virginia Tech, Ole Miss, UNC-Charlotte, College of Charleston, and others.

•         Assistant Coach for the College of Charleston Women's team for three years.

 

Joey Gorman

•         Played College at Faulkner University (NAIA). B.S. in Sports Management (Magna Cum Laude)

•         Southern States Athletic Conference (SSAC) All Academic team 2008-2010

•         NAIA Scholar Athlete 2009-2010

•         Coached Trinity Presbyterian (Montgomery, AL) High School’s J.V. soccer team 2009-2010

•         Currently assists & tried out for Charleston Battery 2010 

•         USSF Grade 8 & AHSAA High School soccer referee
